I live on Salt Spring Island in the Pacific Northwest, where you’ll usually find me somewhere between the ocean, the kitchen, a creative project, or a trail with my pup, Reishi.
I was hosting supper clubs in Vancouver and Toronto—creating spaces for people to connect more deeply with their food and each other, through conversation and community

Focused on my health and wellbeing, exploring Traditional Chinese Medicine and reconnecting with ancestral wisdom
